About these websites
SAT Group publishes information about its proposed hospitality, property, recruitment, entertainment and media services, along with guides and links to independent providers. Content is general information, may change, and is not a promise that a planned service is already available.
Introductions and independent suppliers
Where we link to experiences, car hire, accommodation, property opportunities or other third-party services, the supplier or advertiser provides the service and is responsible for its own availability, terms, price, safety, licensing, insurance, booking, cancellation and refund arrangements. Check these directly before committing. SAT may earn a referral or affiliate commission from some links at no additional cost to you. We identify relevant commercial links on the page where practical.
Property and relocation
Area guides, listings and moving information are starting points, not a property valuation, legal, tax, immigration, financial or regulated estate agency service. Verify title, licences, planning status, costs and suitability with qualified local professionals. Property listings and third-party descriptions should be independently checked. Any future introduction or managed service will be governed by its own written terms.
Recruitment and other services
Job listings come from advertisers and should be verified with the employer. A listing does not guarantee a vacancy or employment outcome. SAT will describe any direct consulting, media, property care or entertainment engagement in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins.
Availability and site use
We take reasonable care over published information but cannot guarantee that linked content, prices, travel conditions or availability remain current. Do not misuse the sites or reproduce their original text, branding or images without permission. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
